RFM Re-Certified February 2025

Atka mackerel and rockfish commercial fishery (incl.: Atka mackerel (Pleurogrammus monopterygius), Pacific ocean perch (Sebastes alutus), Dusky rockfish (Sebastes ciliatus) and Northern rockfish (Sebastes polyspinis)) employing trawl gear within Alaska jurisdiction (200 nautical miles EEZ), and principally managed by two federal agencies, the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) and the North Pacific Fishery Management Council (NPFMC) was awarded RFM Certification in February 2020 and Re-Certification in February 2025.
